frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Guide on each product page and compare the measurements with a piece of clothing you already own. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing based on whether you prefer a more fitted or relaxed look.
Is it safe to shop at Offshore?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Shopify using trusted payment providers. Your payment details are encrypted and are never stored by Offshore.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the product ordered. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email. You can use it to check the latest delivery updates at any time.
How do returns work?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives faulty or incorrect.
